According to the shipment method you have chosen, TIEZONE will entrust our partner carriers, GDex Courier(GD Express Sdn Bhd) within Malaysia, with your order.
When the order is sent, you will be receive an e-mail with the shipment number and a link you can use to check the status of your order by means of the web sites https://www.gdexpress.com and https://www.aftership.com
If you need any help, you can contact the GDex carriers directly by calling the toll-free numbers or you can contact our Customer Care office to ask for any information. We will contact the express carriers directly so that you can have your order as soon as possible.
The GDex service provided by GD Express Sdn Bhd, which allows you to receive your order within Malaysia and this service, is by land. The delivery time vary from 1 to 5 working days depending on the destination.
Delivery within Malaysia is absolutely FREE for minimum order of RM15.
Delivery within Singapore is absolutely FREE for minimum order of RM80.
Delivery of the shipment
The first delivery attempt will be performed without calling you in advance. If the carrier does not find anyone at the specified address, he will deliver a note with the information necessary for you to contact the carrier’s customer care office and agree upon a second delivery day or collect the shipment at nearest office of the carrier. To avoid any delay, please make sure that your name is clearly visible on your doorbell or write the name of the person who will receive your shipment in the event you wish to receive your parcel at work. The Customer Care of TIEZONE will check on the shipment until the delivery and contact you in the event of problems.
The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes and the amount is calculated according to the law applicable in the country where goods are sent.
TIEZONE staff does not know the amount of customs taxes that will be communicated to you by the carrier after the goods have reached their destination.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
Exemption of responsibility
TIEZONE guarantees the execution of the order within 24 hours of its reception. In the event of a delay, not due to TIEZONE (such as bad weather conditions, unscheduled strikes, lack of service) we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience.

P.O. BOXES AND HOTEL
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or to hotels. Please only provide us a residential or commercial address for delivery to ensure you receive your order safely, promptly and in good condition.
All products sold at Tiezone.com.my will have a 7 days return policy!
Returned product must be in its original condition and not abused. Buyer must inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product.
Tiezone.com.my will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to Tiezone.com.my Malaysia address at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost of the during the return shipment back to Tiezone.com.my, thus is advice to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to Tiezone.com.my within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Tiezone.com.my error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost may be charged.
